Cindy and the staff are overly generous. They provide such great promising care. The results are amazing. If when in doubt a family is going through anything in life, you can count on the orthodontics expert to work with you and see you through the end of your treatment. The rates are lower than other places and the team are extremely friendly. Consistently waiting 30+ minutes past our appointment time. Waiting room is always overfull. I've seen people check in after us and get called back before us. They don't adhere to appointment times. Techs rush through when we do finally get called back. Don't take time to listen or don't care to.
