Consistently waiting 30+ minutes past our appointment time. Waiting room is always overfull. I've seen people check in after us and get called back before us. They don't adhere to appointment times. Techs rush through when we do finally get called back. Don't take time to listen or don't care to.

The customer service is wonderful. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. The office is kept clean. Each patient is treated with care and attention to detail.

The staff were very friendly and professional. Especially the young lady Maria at the front desk. She made the process of checking in very simple and fast.
