From the moment we walked in to Orthodontic experts Bucktown the whole experiance has been amazing. The process to get my son braces was fast and easy and profesional. Also very clean place! From the front desk person to all the team in the back just been overall great experiance so far.

Selena at the desk in Wicker Park is AMAZING! I had an issue and she gave me the EXACT solution without any confusion on the most professional manner. She understood that I didn’t understand the process and made sure that I did. I’m happy that my child chose this clinic (due to the free swag!) bc they truly have a front line team who cares about the patients and their needs. Give them try and tell Selena “GOOD JOB!” She deserves it!

I can’t say enough good things about the orthodontics experts on 2222 W North Ave! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so professional, friendly, and caring. My daughter just got her braces here, and the whole experience has been amazing. They took the time to explain every step, made her feel comfortable, and treated us like family. The office is super clean and welcoming, and the staff really go above and beyond. My daughter actually looks forward to her appointments—which says a lot! We couldn’t be happier with our choice. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great orthodontic team! 💕🦷

To be honest I was quite nervous about my visit, but the team at bucktown reassured me that I had nothing to worry about. I had so many questions but Dr. Shibeika was very thorough as she went over my care plan. Diana was the best! She went over my coverage and costs and made me feel right at home. My lead assistant was very friendly and made sure to let me know what she was doing step by step throughout the entire process. I wasn’t expecting immediate treatment the day of my consultation, but overall the process was very fast. I was in and out in a jiffy!

I can’t stress enough my positive experience that I had in this ortho clinic. This clinic has one of the most highly experienced orthodontists who explained every question I had. There’s also friendly assistants who make you feel comfortable in every appointment and explain every adjustment. One of the notable assistants i want to mention is Lucelys. She’s friendly, welcoming, and explained everything efficiently. Throughout the appointment she checked in on me if I had a question or concern. There are other assistants who I would have loved to mention in my review but I didn’t catch their names. I definitely recommend this clinic, especially to adults who are hesitant to get braces.
