From the first day I came in excellent customer service from the front desk. Melissa who took care of my financial responsibility. The day that I came in to get my braces I had Niesha and Emil Top Notch service, took their time. Then Dr. Mansour come in and did her magic.excellent customer service all around

All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable! I really enjoy seeing Kendra at the front desk. She is so nice and makes the experience so much better! She goes over and beyond to schedule my kids appointments within my availability and I really appreciate it because I have a very limited availability.

I love everyone at Premier Smiles! The staff is amazing and far more helpful than any other dental office I’ve visited. Tia is especially wonderful she worked her magic to get my braces on. Everyone at the Willowick location is so warm and truly makes you feel like family!
