I truly can’t express enough how amazing this orthodontic office and their entire staff have been! Today was my daughter’s first appointment to have her braces put on, and I’m just so grateful we chose to come here. When our insurance initially advised that they wouldn’t cover her braces, Dr. Mansour went above and beyond by submitting the request again with additional notes to try to get the insurance company to approve it. That meant so much to me and showed how much they genuinely care about their patients. Melissa, Kendra, Debbie, and Gina were all incredibly friendly, understanding, and helpful. They worked with my busy schedule, answered every question I had, and made the entire process feel so much easier than I expected. And a special thank you to Dionnah, who put my daughter’s braces on today. My daughter has quite a bit of anxiety, and Dionnah was so gentle, patient, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. She took her time, made sure my daughter was comfortable, and answered all of my questions along the way. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help her through her first braces experience. From the very beginning, everyone has made us feel welcomed and cared for. This is honestly the nicest dental/orthodontic office I’ve ever been to. They made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and positive. We are so happy to be here and are looking forward to this journey with such an amazing team! ❤️

Please look elsewhere if you want actual patient care and not just a high-pressure sales pitch. This place feels like an assembly line trying to push everyone into braces to make money. The orthodontist didn’t introduce herself, barely looked at my 10-year-old’s teeth, and immediately told me we needed to schedule her for braces without explaining why. We’ve since gone to a different orthodontist for a second opinion, and they confirmed my daughter doesn’t even need braces yet. On top of that, they immediately rushed us to the billing office to push a "$1,000 off if you sign up today" promo, and they tried to get us to start treatment before insurance made their determination about coverage, which would have left us completely on the hook for the bill and unable to appeal. In addition to this, the office itself is completely unorganized and unprofessional. They called us after our consult to come back in for more x-rays but then forgot we were in the waiting room. We waited for 45 minutes for them to take x-rays that took 3 minutes. Also, the show they had on the TV in the waiting room was highly inappropriate, which made me so uncomfortable sitting there with my 7 and 10 year old. When I finally called to cancel our services with them and cut ties, the receptionist was incredibly rude, constantly interrupting me and refusing to let me finish my sentences because she didn't want me to cancel. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else that actually cares about your kids and not just your wallet.

Overall Great Experience at Willowick Location- Staff was amazing from Assistants Tia to the Doctor Mansour . Specifically I got a name of the lady that helped with the Contracts her name is Melissa. Everyone was so sweet and helpful. I will be recommending to everyone.

Kendra is absolutely amazing! She consistently goes above and beyond to help me manage my appointments, even with my busy schedule. She always does her best to fit me in and make things as convenient as possible. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly make a difference. I really appreciate all that she does—she’s a huge asset to the office!
