Worst experience for my son and I, time and cost we spent and his teeth look worse than they did before he went for his consultation. He has had his braces off less than a year and his teeth look like he has never had braces. Awful! Permanent retainer that was placed after his braces came off a few months later and had the fixed retainer placed again and within a week it came off. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Today I had my appointment. They were fast proficient and helped me understand my journey so far the dentist answered all my needs and my expectations. You could see the progress over the time since I’ve started my journey in the staff and how much they Now value the clients needs

Was going to say that the staff can get five stars up until my experience yesterday 5/5/2026. My daughter has not been seen since February 2026 for a routine tightening. I finally felt like something was off so I called and was given a June 17th appointment. When I asked was that the soonest and why didn’t anyone call me and why did it take for me to call to schedule her. I was told “Why didn’t I come to the desk after her bracket was put back in. Well you all continued to take payments so why didn’t anyone call me to say “Hey your daughter hasn’t been seen in over two months” So I guess the money matters more than keeping up with the treatment plan. I cannot wait until these things are off which since the projected date was October I guess now that’ll have to be move to like January 2027. Premier should be an action rather than a statement!

This place is soo difficult to get in touch with. I left a vm and they never called back. I just called them 3 times and someone answers and hangs up I called again and someone talked to me put me on hold and then hung up on me again. This is so unprofessional if you are busy I understand just say that you will call back but rude to hang up on first time patients.

Premier smiles in Parma off ridge is absolutely amazing! The entire staff is very welcoming and friendly! Ashley the manager is amazing and so is the dentist Dr. Roman! Very great experience with them! I highly recommend!!🙂🙂
