Listen y'all. This is coming from the very bottom of my heart. I started with premier smiles when Komforti (spelling?) was the head of the office in Shaker Heights. He was amazing. My oral surgeon messed up severely (Dr Martinez) by trying to surgically implant an expander when I had my SARPE surgery that had failed and Komforti had to install the one into my already broken jaw. As terrible as this was for me, he made it much better for me. When he left for Florida, I had the un pleasure f dealing with their incompetent replacement of him and she reversed my treatment by a year and a half with her lack of knowledge. I’ve had extractions, SARPE, braces, and double jaw surgery with Dr Clemow at Metro Health. I spoke with the University Heights team in tears about my concerns and set backs. Dr Blake asked me to trust her. I had no other option but to but I did. She was amazing to put it simply. I looked forward to seeing them every step of the way. She encouraged me and kept my spirits high. Not only did I love Dianne at the front desk, but Michelle and everyone there always made me feel so special and welcomed and amazing. Today my braces finally came off after five years. I have not cried happy tears like this since I gave birth to my son. I 1000000000% recommend this team at this office specifically. They’re all so beautiful and helpful and welcoming no matter what color you are, age, gender!!!! The best!!!! 5,000 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They got me in quickly on a cancellation and everyone was so polite while working through the details of my complicated case. Nicki and Gail did a wonderful job walking me through the process and were extremely polite and professional the entire way!

Michelle Moore was great! Very professional and eager to help out her coworkers. Without being asked, she volunteered to extend her help during the busiest hours of her work day.
