I loved my experience with Michelle, I also have an amazing experience every time with Dr. Minhus!!

my dentist is great and I haven't had issues with other staff but the receptionist with the horrible ponytail this week is always rude. Anytime I come to my appt and have to check in with her, her attitude is disgusting. I sometimes would wait for another person to check me in, just because I don't want to deal with her. this most recent visit, I was late a few minutes after my appt and she stated she wasn't sure if they would take me and I said can you check? she comes back and say, "They can take you but they can only do what they can, not the full service." I asked her what does that mean because I have braces, she states the same thing again and says you can reschedule. My appointment wasn't even late over 10 minutes until she started her BS, like just say you want me to go home so you don't have to work. So I ask again, and add "does that mean she can only do the top braces rubber bands and not the bottom or, im genuinely confused at this point." So she gets upsets and goes back to speak to her team and comes back and says they would take me. I personally believe she was lying, so that I'd reschedule and go home. The terrible attitude continued after my appt. I went back to the desk to finish my paperwork, which was sitting right in front of her and instead of giving me the paperwork and scheduling my next appointment, so I can leave. she begins a phone call and doing other tasks. Completely horrible exchange, especially for a paying consistent customer.

I have had my ups & downs with this location when it came to my daughter’s appointments. The receptionist Diane always gets my daughters mixed up and they have two different birthdays. I have raced from work to pick my daughter up from Home to get her to the appointment that she scheduled the day before and when we got there, she claimed my daughter did not have an appointment and she was the one that told me to be there at the time we got there. She have got the payment amounts wrong when it came time to pay for the bill. so I would advise when paying for any bill when she’s putting it in the system to hold onto your receipts. I have had too many mistakes with the same lady every time for years now.

I originally visited this office because my dentist noticed bite issues that were causing uneven wear on my teeth. I thought orthodontic treatment would mostly be cosmetic, but the orthodontist explained how alignment problems can affect jaw tension and chewing long term. The consultation felt thorough without being overwhelming. The office itself is modern and very clean, though seating in the waiting area can get tight during busy hours. One adjustment appointment left my teeth unusually sore for almost a week, so I called worried something wasn’t right. They brought me in quickly to double-check everything and made a small correction that helped almost immediately. My headaches have become less frequent since starting treatment, and the cosmetic improvements have honestly been an unexpected confidence boost too.
