I had a great experience starting my process of getting braces here. The first appointment went really smoothly. They were very patient while explaining all the paperwork, treatment plan, and the different payment options available. I really appreciated how clearly everything was broken down so I knew exactly what to expect moving forward. Very friendly and accommodating staff. They got me in quickly on a cancellation and everyone was so polite while working through the details of my complicated case. Nicki and Gail did a wonderful job walking me through the process and were extremely polite and professional the entire way!

Michele was so sweet with helping me choose my colors for my braces and when I didn’t like the color she was nice enough to find the color I wanted. The doctor was nice as well. No complaints whatsoever.
