The flexibility and genuine concern for rescheduling if needed. My car tire busted while driving through a construction zone and I almost missed the appointment. I called and was able to come 30 minutes late. The appointment went great, my son was seen fast and he was educated about what was done to his braces.

Great staff! Warm and welcoming. The reception manager knows me and my daughter by face and name. There is never a wait. I love this facility at this location.

My son James E., has been a patient for over a year. I never have an issue contacting the office or setting up appointments. Precision has a clean & welcoming atmosphere! I don’t mind waiting in the lobby during my son’s service. The personnel is always professional & courteous, so they provide excellent customer service!! And of equal importance to me as a single mom with a busy lifestyle, they are very efficient & flexible!!!

The lady at the front desk is so kind! She helped me understand because I barely knew anything. She was super nice to my children. Big shoutouts to her! She made my daughter less stressed when she was getting braces with her jolly smile.
