I bring my daughter here for her braces, they have wonderful customer service and take great care of my princess. The assistant office manager Latara is so sweet and very welcoming, my daughter has to sometimes walk in by herself and she always makes sure she ask her how she is doing and take great care of her.

The lady at the front desk is so kind! She helped me understand because I barely knew anything. She was super nice to my children. Big shoutouts to her! She made my daughter less stressed when she was getting braces with her jolly smile.

I’ve been a patient at Precision Orthodontics for several years, and I’ve always had a pleasant experience. I’m always seen quickly and sometimes early if I were to get there a little before my appointment. The doctor directed my entire braces journey and he is very efficient and welcoming, as well as the front desk woman, who I’ve grown to know as Latara. Latara is very kind and makes you feel at ease. She’s very accommodating and I look forward to seeing her every appointment when I first arrive, as well as having the certainty I am in good hands.

My son James E., has been a patient for over a year. I never have an issue contacting the office or setting up appointments. Precision has a clean & welcoming atmosphere! I don’t mind waiting in the lobby during my son’s service. The personnel is always professional & courteous, so they provide excellent customer service!! And of equal importance to me as a single mom with a busy lifestyle, they are very efficient & flexible!!!

From the moment I walked in, the receptionist, Latara Charleston, greeted me with a warm smile and genuine kindness. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. She answered all my questions with patience, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Her friendly personality and excellent communication truly set the tone for a positive visit. Outstanding customer service!
