I had good things to say about them up until today. Rude, talking over me as if I’m not there and the dental assistant “in charge” said “o we’re not fixing that”, then proceeded to tell me how to eat with braces…um mam nice to meet you too: I’ve had these braces on for a year and a half and I’ve had ONE bracket loose. Im not one that continuously has to have a repair. I pay over $200.00 out of my pocket a month, I’m allowed to receive the services I pay for, and I was told repairs were included. Disregard that I was in an accident and hit in the mouth with an airbag (when she assumed my eating mannerism) she didn’t ask. Address me as an adult next time, please and thanks Ms. Incharge.

Staff is always kind and helpful. Been going here for 5 years now. Always works with us and gets us in ASAP for treatment or any issues. Also like the swag they have for us.

Kind, quick, and informative. Was a great experience. It was clean the decorations are cute and the invorment is welcoming.

Had issues with everything. Both my daughters ended up right back in braces with a different Orthodontist! My oldest daughters retainer didn't fit correctly and they didn't fix it, she also got her braces off too early and the new Orthodontist had to put them back on the bottom. They had issues splitting payments between myself and their father. They went after me for his half and took over a year to even try to reach out to him. They were rude, and called me a liar because I was not getting returned emails or phone calls from billing! I emailed their billing person multiple times and called her several times and would not get a return email or call. I found out the woman left after attempting to email her again about needing a recipet for my FSA. No one got back to me and I had a temporary block on my FSA account and could not use the funds at all!! Absolutely horrible service, rude and poor work. Waste of money as we had to spend another 4k per kid for braces at a different place!!

As a kid, I was denied the proper care I needed. A dentist once offered me Invisalign without explaining the responsibility or reality of treatment. When I asked what would happen if I accidentally threw them away with my school lunch tray, he looked at my mom and said, “Don’t waste your money — she doesn’t need them that bad.” That was the end of the conversation. He dismissed me, and I walked away from that experience never having had braces — until now. Because of years of untreated issues, I live with jaw pain and a constant popping sensation in my right side from suspected TMJ, which started when I was just 12. Insurance won’t cover the evaluation, and most providers haven’t cared enough to even accommodate the pain I deal with daily. That is, until I met Dr. Hutton and the phenomenal orthodontic team at Corner Dental in Oregon. Dr. Hutton has been a life-changer for me. She treats me as a whole person — not just a patient with teeth. She adjusts my treatment plan based on my pain, my jaw limitations, and my health (which includes brain tumors, a stomach condition, and chronic fatigue). She takes the time to make sure I understand every step. When I needed my braces wire removed for dental treatment, she happily coordinated with my dentist, told me to bring my wire and bands, and reassured me she’d put it back on without issue. The entire orthodontic staff has been kind, patient, and thoughtful throughout my treatment. They’ve never made me feel like a burden — even when I’ve had a million questions or needed extra time. They treat me like I matter. Thank you, Dr. Hutton and your team, for taking such wonderful care of me — for helping me believe that healing and transformation are still possible, even after years of being told otherwise.
