Anna was amazing. Very friendly, informative and professional. Highly recommend just based on our interaction with her and my son has yet to receive his braces.

I would leave 0 stars if possible. Amy the office manager lied about a conversation we had today. I called this office to ask questions based off of things I have been told about their " policy ". Not questions about a specific person. I never said any names and based off my questions she knew what child I heard these experiences about. She then called said family member of mine and said I cussed her out!!! That is a really bold lie. That's also called defamation of character and against the law! I deserve an apology. My family member deserves a phone call explaining that you lied to them! If she knew her office was not in the wrong why would she feel the need to reach out to a family member and one who I never named? I also feel like they do not give kids with State Insurance the same type of care! Care they deserve. Just based off our conversation. Amy you were extremely rude and I will be waiting for my phone call!

I could write a book about this place how wonderful every person is. All im going to say is don't walk but run here you will not regret it and thank you again to all the wonderful staff

Lady in charge is horrible. Egotistical. My treatment was put on hold cause I was told I needed a tooth pulled to continue. Ended up finding a place to pull it a year later. They stopped my treatments and I was told I could no longer come there for my braces. They even refused to take my brackets off.
