I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Potts and her incredible staff! From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, informed, and confident throughout my entire orthodontic journey. It truly felt like Dr. Potts personally cared about me and my case. She took the time to listen, explain, and make thoughtful decisions that led to beautiful results. There were even times when the team rearranged schedules to better accommodate my needs, and they always did so with kindness and professionalism. It’s clear that Dr. Potts cares deeply about her patients and takes great pride in delivering exceptional care. Dr. Potts and her team are phenomenal. I first came to the office in 2015 as an adult patient for braces and she along with her team helped change my life by giving me the confidence to smile more and not be afraid to show my teeth. Month after month I looked forward to visiting her office for two years and each time I left more and more confident in my smile. I came back six years later to get a new retainer and I saw many of the original faces from my first visit. To me, that shows a lot about her character and the awesome team she has brought together. As a patient who paid out of pocket for my braces, I can’t recommend her business enough.

I went here for a second opinion. They said I had 18 months left in treatment. I decided to go with them. After paying my braces off they decided it was time to take off my braces, when my bite didn’t meet on the side and my two front teeth were not symmetrical and still bucked out, they said they could fix it in with my retainer, which to me makes no sense. I am now with a new orthodontist paying out more money to fix what she didn’t. I would not recommend this office.

Took our son there. The very next appointment after paying off the bill, she removes his braces and finally decides to tell us she can’t help him and he will need surgery. Why wasn’t this discussed even once during the 3+ years of treatment. Felt like a huge money grab. Would not recommend this orthodontist to anyone.

Dr. Potts is truly a wonderful woman, she has surrounded herself with the nicest staff; they are most accommodating, and I am so grateful for the beautiful smile they have given my daughter. Never was there a moment that my daughter dreaded going to see Dr. Potts.Thank you for making this whole experience a pleasant one, and I will refer your office to everyone that asks. You are such a blessing to my little family.
