Dr. Phelan and her whole team are the best! Both my daughter and I did braces back to back and the experience has been truly a blessing. Everyone is friendly, the atmosphere is happy every visit. As an adult who has been self conscious of my teeth forever, It feels so good to be in the hands of a caring team to help bring that smile and confidence back. I can’t say enough good things or express my gratitude enough.

She offered a conservative and logical approach to his treatment, communicated all procedures and expectations clearly, and provided us with excellent results! Look no further than Dr. Shelia Phelan. I write this review on the eve of my son’s braces removal. He has worn them for three years. During that time, his younger sister has also had braces begun and completed in this office, while my son has been through major jaw surgery, 4 insurance companies, and the loss of his father (and that insurance). Every time we faced another closed door (insurance nightmare), Dr. Phelan was by our side, adapting and advocating for his care. Her commitment to my son’s care and outcome has been absolutely exemplary. With each setback she re-set, made calls, and reassured us. I have never in my life worked with a medical professional who was so invested in our wellbeing. Dr. Phelan has made us feel like her top priority from the moment we met and I will be forever grateful that we weathered this adventure with her and her office at the helm.

Both of my daughters see Dr. Phelan and she has always gone above and beyond. Her staff is also excellent. Everyone is always kind and makes every visit easy. It is evident Dr Phelan truly cares about her patients and never rushes their care. Highly recommended!
