Trax Orthodontics

TRAX, the entire staff from the receptionist to the orthodontic assistants and dental hygienist are absolutely amazing. They have always been warm, friendly and professional. The one time my kid lost a bracket, the staff immediately got her in to fix. I would 1000 percent recommend them to anyone that has to have braces.

I have two daughters who currently receive services. Dr. Namay is knowledgeable, kind, and explains what is being done each time. His prices are fair for the work being done. The assistances are amazing. The facility is clean and new. My autistic daughter struggles with germs but feels comfortable here. The staff worked well with her needs.

I got my braces off today and felt to excited to post a review of Trax. My teeth look beautiful. I’m so happy. The entire process, the doctor and the entire team were so focused on giving me the best results possible. Every visit to the orthodontist office, I left happy. From how I was treated by the entire staff, to how the doctor and his team were explaining the process to me in a way I would understand. My final result speaks for itself. They even welcomed me with a goodie bag, and congratulated me with a goodie bag. It’s been a true joy to receive my orthodontic care from Trax and I look forward to continuing my aftercare with them. Thank you to them.

Our experience at this office has been absolutely awful. My daughter’s appliance was applied incorrectly and she couldn’t close her mouth or chew for 2 days. Her appliance has come unglued and fallen completely out of her mouth. The metal appliance has actually broken and needed replaced. The office had her remove her spacers without placing the new appliance, so she had to go through the spacer process again. Something is wrong with her orthodontics at every single visit. Every single one. Not a single visit has went smoothly. And they just shrug their shoulders and say “Well at least it’s something different each time and not the same thing over and over again.” They happily take their monthly payments while running 30-60 minutes behind on appointments, but offer no resolution for the repeated issues with their work.

5 stars!!! All 3 of my children LOVE going to the orthodontist! I now have 2 in braces and my youngest will be with them in about a year and a half! So happy we have the Trax orthodontics family! It is so welcoming to come in for all of my munchkins appointments!!
