Finishing my orthodontic treatment has been such a rewarding experience. I’m truly grateful to the entire team for their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the process. They made every visit pleasant, and the final results exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated the excellent communication and that the office staff speaks Russian, which made the entire experience even more comfortable and welcoming. All three of my kids have received orthodontic care at Dr. Gen Orthodontics, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Dr. Gen and the entire team are patient, kind, and amazing with children. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make each visit comfortable and stress-free. The office is clean, well-run, and always welcoming, and the results have been fantastic.
