Went there from ages 7-14 my smile was very bad at first and I was scared to smile. I got an expander from here at first and thought it was the coolest thing ever. I had it until I was in 7th grade then I got braces which made me feel super cool and they did a very good job putting it on. I just got it off recently and I was super impressed and surprised by how well they got my smile. Everyone was super nice and they really improved my smile to shiny white. Probably the only people I’ll ever trust with my teeth 10/10.

Dr. Gen and his staff were very professional throughout the entire process, I have no single negative thing to say about them. After all of the appointments I took for the past 3+ years the service has remained unchanged, everyone was always welcoming and professional. I immediately felt comfortable with the staff after the first few appointments. They didn’t pressure me into expensive cosmetic add-ons and clearly explained what treatment was actually necessary. Appointments usually stay on time, which matters because I leave work early to come here. My mouth was pretty sore after the first tightening, but the assistant gave practical suggestions that genuinely helped. Now adjustments feel much easier than they did during the beginning.
