Westside Orthodontics - Lakewood

My wife has had several issues throughout the duration of her treatment. The technicians and office workers are nice (Rebeka, Megan, Donna), but the practice is a logistical nightmare. The management is terrible. My wife had to fight to get them to honor their written contract. She requested to speak with the office manager (Kelly). The office manager denied her request. She also requested a written copy of some promises that were made. Kelly again, denied her request. Go elsewhere!

Bethany at the desk is always extremely helpful and thorough on the phone. I do wish the time-length for Invisalign was explained better when I signed-was told it should be 12 months, now approaching 18 months-wish the product worked in 12 months and was easier to maintain since it needs to be worn for this long

When I needed, extensive, orthodontic work when I was in grade/high school my parents took me to Dr DiMassa. I know first hand what an amazing orthodontist he is! He will work until your child’s smile is perfection! Realizing my own son was now ready for braces, there was no one else I would have trusted with his smile. Dr DiMassa & Wenger and their staff make sure the patients, adult or child, know that THEY are important and very encouraging every step of the way. I recommend you give Dr DiMassa & Wenger a chance - you will NOT be disappointed!

I called and explained my entire situation with them before scheduling. They got all my info, had me request info from my out of state orthodontist… went thru hell to get them everything they asked for, they a half-ride person called me back after my first visit to say there’s nothing they can do for me. Well why the hell didn’t you say that 3 months ago before I started working on getting assistance from you because you said you could. Waste of my dam time.

The whole staff works together like a well oiled machine. They get you in and out quickly every appointment . They are very knowledgeable and friendly. This was a great experience from start to finish! And I plan on bringing my son in when the time comes.
