The staff was polite but I left feeling uncomfortable. Prior to my appointment, I had already called and confirmed the price. There had previously been a discrepancy but I clarified that I understood the updated cost and that I was completely fine paying it. I was told a note would be placed in my chart to prevent any confusion. Despite that, it was repeatedly brought up before treatment (well over 5 times), even after I said I was made aware of the price the day prior. Which felt unnecessary and made me feel like my ability to pay was being questioned when price was never an issue. Additionally, at the end of my appointment, instead of being allowed to walk to the front as I normally have in the past, I was instructed to sit in the chair and wait for someone to escort me. That shift in process, combined with the repeated emphasis on cost, made me feel singled out. While everyone appeared nice, the overall experience felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. I hope this feedback helps improve how cost discussions are handled moving forward

I always have a wonderful experience at this orthodontist office! The entire team is professional, and friendly. From the moment I walk in Sidney makes check-in quick and easy while always being so welcoming and kind. During check-out, Naomi is always so nice, and patient, she consistently accommodates my scheduling needs and is always willing to work with me to find appointment times that fit my schedule.

Everyone is nice and courteous,Naomi on the hand makes the place an even better experience. She's always friendly and goes above and beyond to make me feel very welcomed to the family/ office

From the beginning of my visit to the very end, the customer service is phenomenal. Today, the ending of my visit was superb with Naomi scheduling my appointment and sending me off with great customer service. Thank you Naomi for everything!!!

I had a wonderful experience Ms Naomi and Ms Sidney is very nice and wonderful and very welcoming and Mr Wilson did a great job with my braces he was fast too my overall experience here today was great and I love my braces . Thankyou premier smiles
