Dr. A & Maha are amazing they were nice gentle and made sure nothing was poking and hurting me. I appreciate everyone at shaker location honestly great ppl that loves doing what they do and that’s taking care of you!

I had an amazing experience with Maha and Dr. Dwokin. From the moment I walked in, Maha made the whole visit feel easy. She's welcoming, patient, and genuinely cares about making you feel comfortable. Dr. Dwokin was just as impressive. He explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood each step before moving forward.

They were absolutely wonderful putting braces on my daughter's teeth. Service was quick and Dr. Dworkin and Wilson explained everything every step of the way. Everyone was very friendly and that makes the process so much more comfortable. We're so glad we switched to the Shaker Heights location. I 100% will recommend Premier Orthodontics to Everyone!!

Sidney and Naomi at the front desk deserve ALL five stars and then some 😂⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment I walked in, they had the kind of energy that makes you forget you’re at an orthodontist appointment (and not exactly there for fun 😭). Super friendly, quick with everything, and somehow still cracking jokes and keeping it light. They handled everything smoothly, answered my questions without making me feel lost, and had me in and out like pros. Honestly, if every front desk was like this, people would look forward to appointments. Give them a raise and a snack or something—they earned it 💯

I can only say good things about this location! Naomi at the front always has a smile and is so kind! My guy Wilson always makes me feel at ease before we start on my teeth and we share a good laugh about any and everything! If you are looking for a place with kind staff and familiar faces, this is the location for you!!!
