I cannot say enough great things about my experience at this orthodontist office. The level of care, professionalism, and customer service I received was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Marie was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. She answered every question I had, addressed all of my concerns with patience and kindness, and made sure everything was handled correctly. Her attention to detail and dedication truly stood out to me. She made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and reassuring. Miss Holly was also absolutely phenomenal. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and caring. She carefully examined everything, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and handled every concern I had with confidence and precision. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Everything she did was perfect, and I honestly believe she is one of the best orthodontists around. Another thing I really appreciate about this office is how reliable and trustworthy they are. They offer great prices, excellent service, and genuinely helpful staff who make you feel valued and cared for. That’s exactly why I continue getting all of my work done here. They were so nice and professional. Desiree applied my braces and made me feel very comfortable. She was very thorough in her explanations and had a sense of humor. I felt safe in her hands. I would recommend this place for any adult embarking on their braces journey.
