it is amazing, every time I try to stop by to visit the office nobody is there. I looked through the parking lot and nobody is here. being able to communicate over the telephone is very difficult for me so I like to stop and in person yet when I see a 3.7 and would like to find more information they're not there when their website says that they're open and their hours are apparently published and they say they're open yet not available unfortunately I will be going somewhere else and I hope this review helps others do the same. most recent visit is 3pm on a Wednesday.

I chose this orthodontic office because their prices were lower than other practices in the area, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. My child had braces for several years, and throughout treatment I repeatedly asked about the treatment plan, progress, and estimated timeline for completion. I was never given a clear explanation. The answers were always vague, ranging from “a few more months” to “possibly another year.” As a parent with no prior experience with braces, I expected better communication and guidance regarding what was being done and what milestones we were working toward. Eventually, I sought a second opinion from another orthodontist. The difference was immediate. During the consultation, the orthodontist thoroughly explained my child’s treatment plan, what needed to be corrected, the expected timeline, and what to expect moving forward. It was the first time I felt informed and included in the process.In addition to the lack of communication, I found the office staff to be unprofessional and dismissive when I asked questions. I never felt like my concerns were taken seriously. While this office may offer lower prices, I have learned that cheaper is not always better. After experiencing a practice that values communication, transparency, and patient education, I would gladly pay more for quality care and a clear treatment plan. Knowing what is being done and why, and having providers who take the time to answer questions, is well worth the additional cost. If you’re considering this practice, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before committing to treatment. Affordable pricing does not make up for poor communication and a lack of transparency regarding your child’s care.

In the beginning I really liked it here. I was even driving almost 40 min for appts that sometimes only lasted 5 min. Then, ON THE DAY OF MY DAUGHTERS APPT. they decide to call and tell me that they no longer take her insurance! Like really? I know you guys didn’t just find out this info last minute. Right in the middle of all the work we had been doing too. I mean, call me crazy, but I believe the professional move would have been to notify all patients with that insurance that you are no longer accepting it the moment they made the decision. Instead, it’s just leaving us in total limbo. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful.

I can't recommend them enough. The staff is always very accommodating and friendly. As an adult with braces, I appreciate that I can usually get in and out fairly quickly. The cost can't be beat and the quality and service are bar none. When I have any issues, they can get me in usually same day to resolve my issue. I just wish I had found them sooner. My results are great, and I'm loving my new smile.

First time here and the office is clean and has wall dividers which are nicer than other places. The orthodontist seems to know what treatment needed to be done for my daughter. Fully Recommend!
