First impressions are everything and they definitely left a lasting impression. My son is a new orthodontia patient and the Doctor explained his treatment with so much detail while also showing me photos of his problem areas and the correct plan of action. I appreciate the fact that she took the time for the both of us to really understand what the next steps would be. I had braces as an adult and I did not receive that at the dental office I attended. They were also very professional and the appointment went very smooth. The front desk staff are very kind and welcoming as well. The office is clean, inviting, and smells good which is a plus.

I went in for a consultation, and from the moment I walked in the team made me feel welcome, Elizabeth was also incredibly friendly and helpful and explained the financial plan to me breaking down everything and explaining everything to me. What I appreciated most about the visit was how thorough Dr. Jae was. She took the time to explain exactly what work needed to be done on my teeth, breaking down the treatment plan in a way that was highly informative and easy to understand. I really appreciate their transparency and excellent care!
