We couldn’t be happier with our experience! Both of my kids recently got braces here, and they are so excited with how everything has gone. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcome and they are incredibly warm, friendly, and caring. They took the time to make both of my children feel comfortable and explained everything along the way. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. Today was my first consult and I love it here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! The patient coordinator walked me through all the financial information which was very flexible and transparent with payment planning. This is my second time going through Invisalign treatment (with a different company/different city) and I’m happy I switched to Adirondack Orthodontics in East Greenbush!
