I was a little nervous about starting my Invisalign, but the team immediately put me at ease. **Kamilla** was incredible—so thorough, gentle, and welcoming. She explained every step of the process and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. And Dr. R…..THE GOAT! Everything she does is personalized down to the smallest detail. She’s warm, friendly, and clearly knows her craft. Nothing feels rushed, and the whole office makes you feel like you’re building a genuine personal connection. I highly recommend coming here! Today was my first consult and I love it here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! The patient coordinator walked me through all the financial information which was very flexible and transparent with payment planning. This is my second time going through Invisalign treatment (with a different company/different city) and I’m happy I switched to Adirondack Orthodontics in East Greenbush!

Literally a dream to work with. After some extreme dental trauma Svetlana and Dr. Sergey were INCREDIBLE. Both women were so patient and helpful and explained things in a way I understood. When finding someone to help explain cost and plan for treatment you can’t find anyone better. Everyone in this office was incredible. I usually leave dentists and orthodontist appointments in tears, today I left with a smile and feeling confident, validated and encouraged with treatment I got to chose and be a part of.

The staff is the best part of this provider group. Everyone is always friendly, knowledgeable and detailed. I never leave with any questions. The care plan is thoroughly communicated. I would recommend this practice.
