I had an amazing experience at Albany Braces from start to finish. The entire team is incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Every visit was smooth, and they always took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable. The results completely exceeded my expectations. My smile looks better than I ever imagined, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received throughout the entire process. It’s clear that everyone here truly cares about their patients and takes pride in the quality of their work. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely invested in giving you the best possible outcome, I can’t recommend Albany Braces enough. Currently on my 4th kid in braces (one left to go!) Albany Braces is conveniently located, although we began our family’s braces journey in Latham before the EG office opened…and would have continued there but thankfully they opened this location, always kind staff, easy to get an appointment or an emergency visit, always helpful staff and many locations in a true emergency if your home office is closed one is always open! They run a fun calendar contest each year, kids love the ortho bucks system to “buy” fun stuff. Highly recommend!!!

Both my children have been seen and treated. Patience and incredible positive attitude (even when my kids are grumpy) are my favorite parts. But, also the staff is super knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions. We've been to other sites also because they make sure to handle any issues as soon as possible. Definitely recommend!
