Kamila was in charge of placing my Invisalign attachments, and she couldn’t have done a better job. She explained every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her attention to detail and calm approach immediately put me at ease. After that, Dr. R came in to make the necessary adjustments. Her expertise and skill made the entire process feel smooth and painless. It was clear that I was in very capable hands. The whole team is welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Svitlana was incredibly gentle and attentive while placing my attachments and fitting my trays. She was patient with me as I learned how to properly wear my trays and take them off. Dr. R made sure I was comfortable and checked in throughout the appointment. She took the time to review my treatment plan, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made me feel confident about starting Invisalign. I really appreciated how clearly they explained each step. You can really tell they care about both the results and the patient experience. Loved the interaction with the front desk,billing,Dr.R and the assistants. I'm writing this while my daughter is getting braces put on. Shes very comfortable and not complaining. The atmosphere is calm.The building is extremely beautiful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get braces for themselves or their children.
