I started my invisalign journey back in May 25 and I am absolutely thrilled with my progress and how easy it's been. I wish I did this years earlier! The communication, payment process and ease of making/changing appointments has been incredible! At least 1x a day I am telling someone how pleased I am with Adirondack Orthodontics. My 9 year old also started her smile journey this year. She is going to a different local orthodontist and we've had nothing but issues at every step. Poor communication, difficulty in making appointments and numerous payment issues - more the reason why I am so happy with my choice to go with ADK Ortho. I go to the Latham Office and the staff is wonderful, especially Katie who I was texting with earlier to update my payment method. Easy Peasy. Don't hesitate to get started like I did - I promise you will be in great hands!

Form the second you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile, kindness and more. That continues through the entire visit. The doctors and staff are so efficient, knowledgeable and caring. They made my son feel excited about getting his braces and we are looking forward to the future visits!

My experience at the Latham Adirondack Orthodontics was fantastic! The doctors are very knowledgeable and friendly. The AMAZING staff of assistants really make this office run so smoothly. A special thanks to Lily who has been with me from the very beginning. You made every appointment fun and easy. I appreciate you. 3 out of 4 of my family have received ortho treatment from Dr. B and they all came out phenomenal. I’m very happy every time I come into the office. Girls are always warm and welcoming. They schedule appts fast and is very understanding when an appointment is mixed up. The staff are all in good moods, setting very relaxing (also clean) and makes the appt go by so fast. I would highly recommend Dr.B and his awesome staff. Thanks again Mrs. Newton and family.
