From the minute you walk through the door you are greeted with a smile from the desk person checking you in. I got my braces on today and was scared and nervous not knowing what to expect. The person putting my braces on was so kind and gentle on me. The Dr was so nice and professional. They explained every step and gave me tips on my journey with braces! What impressed me more was how fast they saw me for my appointment when i arrived! I was so happy on how flexible they were with my busy schedule too! (if you are a parent you understand lol) They gave me such a wonderful experience, if i could give them more then a 5 star i would. Im so excited and looking forward to my appointments! Dr. Lozman and her team are the best around. They were able to quickly and perfectly fix the issues I was having with my teeth. Their team was professional, kind, and informative. They provided excellent treatment, clear instructions, and great support the entire time. Dr. Lozman’s attention to detail ensured my smile was absolutely perfect. Dr. Lozeman has been an exemplary doctor for our son. She takes the time to explain everything and go over any questions I have without rushing the visit. The staff of hygienist as well as the front desk are next level. The kindness and happy smiling faces you see as soon as you walk in sets the stage for the upcoming experience. The clinicians who work with our son on his follow up appointments are kind, courteous, know how to talk to and treat children in a way that makes them feel seen and heard. I have had Invisalign done with Efros Ortho. Absolutely loved my experience here. The staff is so friendly, scheduling was always easy, and they were incredibly accommodating whenever I needed to adjust an appointment.
