Our family is very pleased with Albany Braces in Latham! The location is convenient to us, and the appointments always run efficiently and quickly. The office is always very clean and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My kids love the ortho bucks program to choose prices after they have saved their tokens, it makes it fun to go to the orthodontist! We would highly recommend them to anyone!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Albany Braces and especially Dr. Turner. She has been absolutely amazing with both of our daughters throughout their orthodontic journeys. One of our daughters has much more substantial issues involving her mouth and treatment will require coordination with several different specialists and doctors. Dr. Turner has gone above and beyond helping create a comprehensive plan and making sure every step is carefully thought out. What stands out most is that she truly cares and is fully invested in seeing the entire process through to the end. The entire staff at Albany Braces is friendly and professional, and the office is always welcoming. We are incredibly grateful for the care our family is receiving and would highly recommend Dr. Turner and Albany Braces to anyone looking for exceptional orthodontic care.

Albany Braces (Latham location) is and continues to be fantastic. Since our son began with his orthodontics/braces they have been polite, professional and so kind. My son never complains about going because of how nice everyone is and the extra little touches they do like the tokens for kids to redeem for prizes and coloring competitions really do make a difference to kids. They are always gentle and he never complains about any significant pain or discomfort beyond what is normal and expected. My daughter will need braces in a few years and we will without a doubt be going back here for hers.
