I’m so glad Efros came up on Facebook promoting their new Albany office. The staff is very friendly and every encounter has been easy and fast. I’d highly recommend you check them out if you’re in the market for straight teeth.

I went here because of the reviews- unfortunately I did not have a great experience. I felt welcomed by the front desk and the tech who took my pictures was great BUT this is my 3rd consultation for Invisalign and is the only office where I didn’t meet the orthodontist . Her assistant tried to talk me out of getting Invisalign and said you should get dental care first - which is obvious I would not be starting any ortho treatments before I finish my dental treatments- I was looking at my options . Then said “ let me talk to the doctor “ and disappeared for like 20min. When she came back she told me the doctor said come back when you finish dental work . I just couldn’t believe the doctor wouldn’t want to meet with the patient . I am not going back and I am due to start my treatment with another orthodontist.

I can't say enough good things about Efros Orthodontics! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Efros took the time to explain every step of my treatment plan and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. The office is spotless and uses the latest technology, which made my visits quick and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with the results—my smile looks amazing!
