I started with a 5 star review and after this last year Ive been pushed out of the practice. Actively did procedures not covered by insurance without letting me know. Refused to help when I tried to appeal. Also left me in tears as I was unable to pay but was told it was my fault for getting the service (I had a dead tooth). I won't be talked to like I'm a child. I refuse to be bullied by a doctors office. I see enough doctors being chronically ill. No one should be talked to like I was. Then they charged me for a comprehensive screening twice. Had I known they did that during my emergency I would have cancelled my cleaning because I don't have the money to just spend because you aren't good at explaining what you're doing and telling me it's not covered. I have NYS dental as I'm a state employee and this has been a nightmare.

Dr K is the best!!!! She is so friendly, kind and professional. The lady Julie who cleaned my teeth was so rude and extremely rough on my teeth. It was like she was mad at my teeth….i am still in pain hours later. She should not be doing this as her profession!!!!!

Best dental experience I’ve ever had!!! I was homeless for several years and with that came me unable to take care of my teeth, I was so scared to go to the dentist. But Dr K was *SO* nice and calm and reassuring and amazing. All dental work is a little sore, especially when you need a lot of work like I do, but she did it in the most gentle non painful way she could and understood how scared and nervous I was and made sure to tell me it was okay. Also my appointment was at 9:30, I was seen *AT* 9:30. So amazing, so glad I found her. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would.

Dr. K is THE BEST. If you ever have to wait at her office, it is only because she moves mountains to squeeze in patients who are having a dental issue same day and you will be thankful for this when that patient is you. Her staff is kind and courteous. She always seems happy to see you. Her office is homey. I love Dr K!!!!!!
