Pediatric Dentistry of Albany

Today, December 4th 2025 was my son's first dentist appointment ever in his life. And when I tell you from the dentist to the dental assistance were so great with my son made our experience amazing. So if you have any small children, that is afraid of the tendentist going to the dentist, please come here. I promise you you will not regret it. The experience was amazing. The staff is amazing, very friendly, very kid. Friendly, they take their time with your child. It's not a rush experience with your child. Like most places. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Today my son had his 1st visit at Pediatric Dentist at Avenue U, to say that I was nervous was an understatement my 7yr old hasn’t had the best of luck at his previous dental office so I was extremely anxious with his appointment. Upon walking in we were met with a lovely beach like decor my son instantly fell in love with the decor, when called to one of the dental rooms he went there with a smile on and kept it throughout his visit, the nurse engaged him in conversation and although there some unhappy guest who belt out that they didn’t want to be at the dental office I was thankful that my son wasn’t affected by the cries of the other patience. The overall experience was amazing the receptionist, medical staff and doctor was topnotch. He’s looking for her next dental appointment.

My son was very excited to come to the dentist this time. This is his second time and he loves the underwater theme around the office. The assistant and dentist were both very nice/patient to explain to my son what they were doing as well as show him before doing anything in his mouth. He also loved the gifts he received.

Took my boys to Pediatric Dentistry of Avenue U and they had an amazing experience! The staff was so patient and friendly, making sure they felt comfortable the entire time. The dentist was great at explaining everything and made it a stress-free visit. My boys left with big smiles, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they received. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a kid-friendly and professional dental office!

Poor communication. No respect for others time. Will cancel appointments same day without explanation. Will enforce penalties if you do the same to them. This office make me feel like my kids are an afterthought to them.
