The initial service was fine, nothing to write home about. I’m extremely disappointed with this business. They conducted deceptive business practices selling me on the subscription program; and, they misrepresented by omission. The critical details were buried in the fine print, and by the time I realized what I had actually agreed to, it was too late. A trustworthy company should be transparent and make sure customers fully understand what they’re paying for instead of relying on vague explanations and hidden terms. It felt misleading and dishonest, and I would have made a different decision if everything had been explained clearly from the beginning. I would not recommend doing business here unless you carefully read every single detail yourself and ask a lot of questions.

Meisha is the best. She’s communicative and super helpful making me feel at ease. She’s very knowledgeable about her job.

Meisha is absolutely wonderful! I’ve had braces since October 2024, and she always makes my appointments quick and smooth. She explains everything she’s doing so clearly and is always professional and kind. She truly deserves a promotion! Also, the office is super nice and clean every visit.
