5 stars is not enough- I would give Dr. Lee more if I could. I can't recommend this practice enough. We came here last spring/summer to consult for my then 9 year old about some early intervention that was recommended by her pediatric dentist. Dr Lee was not on the list of orthodontists that he recommended but I wanted to seek out a practice a little closer to our house and I am so glad we did because I found this amazing orthodontist. Dr Lee is so easy to talk to, down to earth, and she made my daughter feel very comfortable and confident the whole time. The office is small and clean and it just feels truly like a caring little family practice. My daughters treatment with Invisalign has taken about a year and the results are amazing. Dr Lee has always been very responsive to any questions or issues that arose and it's made the process feel super pleasant. I wish I could have my younger child come here too when the time comes for her to see an orthodontist but we're moving- not sure there will be another spot quite as nice as this one. I have had a wonderful experience at this office throughout my whole Invisalign adventure. I was so nervous about getting Invisalign, but Dr Lee always listened to my concerns and made the process so much better than I could have hoped for. Dr Lee and staff were so kind, understanding and accommodating. They were able to work around my hectic schedule and fit me in on days I really needed it. I recommend this practice to everyone I know.

It has been over a month since we received the retainers, and only now am I leaving this thank you review. I thought my daughter had already left a review, and my daughter thought that I was the one writing the review. We each thought the other person was doing it, but only today did we realize that neither of us had written a review yet, and with an apologetic heart I am hurriedly writing this now. The doctor truly did their very best for us, and I feel sorry that my words of thanks have become so late. ​My daughter had already finished her braces at another clinic last summer, but she needed extra retainers in case of loss or damage during travel. So we had ordered four sets of vivera retainers from her previous clinic, but they just didn’t fit right when she tried to put them on, so we needed to look at a new place. ​While looking for another place, we discovered Raleigh Family Orthodontics, which is a 3 hour round trip for us. I chose this place solely because of the near perfect reviews, and the result was "complete satisfaction." I experienced firsthand how even the same brand of appliance can be so different depending on where it is made. It’s just a shame there isn't a clinic with this level of skill in our own neighborhood. ​The retainers we got here fit her teeth perfectly. The ones from the previous clinic only fit about 70%, which would have required another scan, another wait, and another appointment during her busy senior year of high school. But here, the work was surprisingly fast, perfect, and accurate. ​Not only was it a pleasure and comfortable to communicate since the doctor is Korean, but above all, the doctor was so considerate of my daughter’s busy situation with her volunteer work and studies as a high school senior. I was so grateful for the effort to accommodate our schedule as we were coming from far away. ​If I had known about this place from the start, I would have started my daughter’s entire orthodontic treatment here, no matter how far. It’s a place that wouldn't be a waste even if I gave it 10 stars. If we ever need retainers again, I will absolutely get them only from here without hesitation. ​If anyone is worried about braces or retainers, don’t even think twice, just come here and get a consultation. Once again, my sincere thanks to the doctor who did their best to help us by being so considerate of our situation.

My son absolutely loves his orthodontist. She takes exceptional care of him and she always makes us laugh. The location itself is always warm and comforting and all of the staff there have always been accommodating and kind. So glad we found Raleigh Family Orthodontics. 💜

We started our kids with… one of the bigger practices. With all that bling in the waiting room I always wondered how much of our fee went to care and how much to video games and fish tanks. I forget what made us decide to switch but I’m SO glad we did. Dr. Lee has been amazing for our kids. After reading some of the other reviews, maybe I’ll finally decide to go ahead and do the Invisalign I’ve been putting off! 😉
