While some women celebrate hitting 50 with a huge party, I decided to Celebrate my milestone by getting braces. This is when i consulted with Dr Lee at RFO in early 2023. After a thorough explanation of my options, I chose the path of Invisilign instead of the traditional metal braces and thus began my journey. Throughout the 2.5yrs years my visits with Dr Lee were always a welcoming experience. The practice itself is immaculate, the staff so warm and welcoming and as for Dr Lee, she is a pure Gem. Her knowledge and expertise are not debatable. My journey extended 6more months beyond the projected date and I concluded my journey in Aug 2025. But as the sign says at the front desk, "Trust the Process" and so I did. I trusted Dr Lee and Dr Neill who would filled in as Dr Lee became a mama to beautiful baby H. This dynamic dual continued on to ensure the level of care to their patient was uninterrupted. I highly recommend them to all, 5 stars is too little. I wish I can just have them as my regular dentist because they have made me feel like family and really have cared for my teeth. Each visit was like friends catching up. Its hard to find that these days, trustworthy, caring human beings whom practice their passion. They ensure that you are absolutely content with the results. No doubt about it, I Am!!!! I had a permanent retainer for years, it broke and I got it fixed in GA. I moved to Raleigh from GA afterwards and it broke again. I came to Raleigh Family Ortho because of all the positive reviews. I've been out of braces for 10+ years now and have gone through multiple wire retainers and a permanent. Dr. Lee showed me the problems with the previous work I had done and informed me that if it was reglued, it would come off again due to plaque build up. My gums were suffering and I wasn't able to floss due to the way my retainer was set. She was able to give me several options, worked with me on my budget and got me set with a new retainer that I only have to wear at night now. She also discovered some cavities and recommended I go to Axiom Dental. Two months later, cavities are filled, gums are much better, and I've got a retainer that I don't have to worry about breaking. Would highly recommend, I think she's very knowledgeable and reasonable with pricing.

Dr. Lee is the nicest person I have ever met. She's also an expert at what she does. I got the Invisalign treatment, and they have in house financing so after the down payment, it was around a hundred bucks a month. It made the procedure easy on me and my wallet. Dr. Lee has been amazing. She has been patient with me through this whole journey. The staff is so welcoming. It’s like catching up with old friends every appointment. Dr. Lee had helped me boost my confidence by correcting my smile. I’ve been showing off my teeth ever since. If I could leave 10 stars I would.
