From the very first phone call, we felt an incredible sense of peace and were treated like family. Dr. Kornstein is truly second to none. If you’ve been wondering whether your little one may benefit from a frenectomy, I cannot recommend scheduling a consultation enough. His level of expertise is exceptional, and he takes the time to thoroughly educate parents, answer every question, and ensure you feel informed and confident in your decision. There is absolutely no pressure—just compassionate, evidence-based care. The entire team is equally amazing. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for families shine through in every interaction. Can’t say enough great things about Wake Forest Peds Dentist and Orthodontists in Raleigh! Everyone at this location is truly the BEST! A shout out to our Docs, Dr. Collie and Dr. Pretzer, for making the experience FUN for my kids. They are incredibly talented, kind, and their upbeat energy is so refreshing! I also very much appreciate the efficiency of this office. They find a concern, they notify you promptly, and offer options to take care of it while we’re in office (when possible) instead of having us rebook a separate appointment. This is a huge time saver for us since we live 40 min away. Love this team!

Everyone at this establishment is so friendly and helpful. I have no complaints and I’m happy they are assisting me with my son braces. They went over everything with me and made sure I had a clear understanding about payments. Don’t look any further and book your child’s appointment with them!

I have 3 kids and we attended this practice for over a year, multiple cleanings and one major dental surgery. My toddler fell and injured her teeth and when we brought her in for a dental emergency the dr blamed our parenting choices vs the accident. I think like most people, we want to trust the medical professional, even over what we witnessed with our own eyes. But we have other kids with very healthy teeth, and eventually after much pain and anguish, I have been able to reconcile my lived experience watching the injury and subsequent tooth decay with the anguish caused by the dentist blaming me. It's probably not the first time I let a dr blame me for a medical problem, but it is the last. On top of the pain this caused, this practice also pushes upcharges, such as laughing gas, when it is not needed. They don't consult the parent first; instead they try to sell it to your child. They are not transparent with their billing either. When they talked my 10yo daughter into bubble gum flavored laughing gas, I asked how much it would cost and the hygenist looked it up on the computer and said "It's only $30 with your insurance." At checkout, they charged me $150 for the laughing gas and didn't even apologize. I constantly get bills from them with new charges that weren't presented to me in the office, there are problems filing insurance, and they charge me late fees when insurance doesn't pay on time. Parenting is hard enough; I wouldn't wish this nightmare of a dental experience on anyone.

My permanent retainer came loose right before a major work trip, and I called several orthodontic offices in the Triangle hoping to get it fixed before I left. Every place either quoted an astronomical fee or told me that because I was technically a "new patient," they couldn't see me for more than a month and a half and required a new patient consultation first. Thankfully, I found Wake Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry. They recognized it for what it was: a minor repair. They got me in the same day, didn't charge me with a huge bill and didn't put me through any unnecessary red tape. The staff was friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful when I really needed it. I would highly recommend Dr. Lamb and everyone at Wake Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry to anyone looking for excellent care and outstanding customer service.
