We had such a wonderful experience this week at Raleigh Orthodontics for our son’s very first visit! From the moment we walked in, the team made us feel like family. Dr. Grossman greeted us personally, warmly shaking our hands and taking time to get to know our son—an approach that put both of us instantly at ease. The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly patient with all our questions and concerns—explaining the treatment steps clearly and with genuine care. Their emphasis on personalized treatment and follow-through shone through from start to finish. Our son especially felt heard and supported—he not only felt comfortable but left smiling and excited about his orthodontic journey ahead! Raleigh Orthodontics truly exceeded our expectations.
