i tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt during my orthodontic treatment but i can’t anymore. i have mentioned MULTIPLE times during my treatment course since 2022 that some of the brackets were too high up towards my gums. it kept getting brushed off that i wasn’t getting food out of my teeth fully after eating. it seemed believable since this is my first time having braces. but my oral health should NOT be to the point that my back top permanent molar is loose to the point that it can’t be saved. you’re telling me that this was missed by “professionals” at EVERY single checkup?? please do better for the sake of your future customers. this is unacceptable. i will be taking my money and business to someone who actually cares and values their patients.

If you have an appointment here, prepare to spend your entire day waiting. They are so unprofessional and inconsiderate as far as scheduling and wait times. Spent well over an hour in the waiting room alone for my sons appointment. No respect for their patients time. And this is every single appointment.

The vist was great awesome people , they took me back fast and they was on point I had a great experience!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Champion Ortho. About 10 years ago, they placed my permanent retainer. When it recently broke, I returned to their office expecting they would at least help repair or replace it. Instead, I was told they would only remove the broken retainer if I agreed to move forward with $3,000 worth of Invisalign treatment. That felt unreasonable and completely unrelated to what I came in for. I simply wanted the broken retainer addressed. What was even more upsetting was the change in attitude once I made it clear I was not interested in spending $3,000. The interaction became noticeably cold and unwelcoming, which made me feel like I couldn’t trust their intentions. I ultimately went to a different orthodontist — one I had no prior history with — and they took care of me without pressure, upselling, or attitude. The difference in professionalism and patient care was night and day. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend Champion Ortho and will not be returning.

I’ve been treated here at this location for around 2 years (since March 2024), I’ve had an amazing customer service & treatment with my braces here. I 100% recommend getting any treatment here as I’ve never had any difficulties or discomfort with champion orthodontists!
