We love Gladwell! I was in with my 15 year old son yesterday for a last minute appointment (turns out boiling your Invisalign is not an approved method of sterilizing them - but it sure can warp them!) Mollie was amazing at getting us in, even when we accidentally went to the wrong office, and Meisha saw as much humor in my son’s little experiment as I did, making our visit enjoyable and efficient. Thank you both!
