They are the best team of dentists and hygienists etc., that I’ve ever been to . The whole staff is great , and they treat you like a human being. They take the time to go over everything. I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service. The front desk agent was pleasant, the dental hygienist (Jenna) was thorough , friendly and knowledgeable and finally the dentist was attentive to your needs. I highly recommend this establishment. On January 9,2026, I once again returned to Loren Dental for my cleaning. Jenna once again was exceptional. Not only in the work she performs but also in customer service. She really cares about her customers and it shows On February 16,2026, I visited the dentist office since I was experiencing a level 10 pain. Once I got checked in Katllyn and Marcus provided excellent customer service by making sure they first understood my issue. The dentist who I spoke ( I am sorry I don’t remember her name, white femaile, brown hair, approximately late 30’s), provided me with an excellent reason as to what might have happened. Currently my level of pain has reduced greatly and will keep the office and dentist staff informed if anything should change. 5 stars ⭐️ to all excellent service would highly recommend this establishment On Friday July 24th, I had a scheduled cleaning appointment. Jenna once again was a superstar providing exceptional customer service. And this time the dentist on site, female, gave me some really good advice as to how to proceed with a tooth issue I was experiencing. Great facility, and staff. Keep up the great work The dental service I continue to receive from Loren Dentistry is outstanding. Dr Wells removed the tooth I had an issue with in less than 30 seconds. Moreover, I never needed any pain medication and after 2 days it has healed appropriately 80%. Thanks again to Dr Wells and to the entire staff, excellent customer service.

Phenomenal new patient experience at Loren Dentistry! The front office staff is prompt and organized, while Office Manager Danielle and Care Coordinator Jessica made the check in and insurance process seamless. Hygienist Shiloh and assistant Nikole were exceptionally attentive, and Dr. Sherwani is brilliant and caring. It was a great atmosphere with one of the best cleanings ever—my teeth look and feel amazing. Highly recommend this friendly, professional team!
