honestlyyyyyy lemme tell you something, this dental office is IT !! like i wish i wouldve vlogged my experience but i was rushing, best believe i will next time like its my first time. starting from the door, i walked in like okkkk this is teaaaa, super cute, smelled good, just overall cuteeee & aesthetically pleasing ! as soon as i checked in, Jenna took me immediately back & got started. this is my first dentist office visit since living in North Carolina and im just happy that i chose this place & i didnt even look at any reviews. back to Jenna, she was super cool, we immediately vibed bc we're both from up north and then bc im a Sag like it was a match made in heaven honestly lol she was very gentle & informative, talked me through everything (pause😂), showed me all the photos and xrays she took, just thorough ! then Krissy (im reaaaally hoping thats her name) was even better, even though she straight came for my accent lol she was great as well & Dr Julien was sooo good too ! she was very gentle & gave me my plan without me feeling overwhelmed ! so so glad that i chose this office, some of the nicest people work here. will be going back a couple more times within the next couple months & already know that ill be just as satisfied. next time im vlogging though bc this place is just too cute not to. and this review was voluntary, i never do reviews even when im asked so this says ALOT !

Pros Sometimes I wake up and wonder where all the kind people in this world have gone. Turns out they’re all working at Loren Dental! From the moment I walked into the nicest dental reception area I’ve ever seen, I was greeted by Tia, and shortly after, Jenna came to get things started. I was honestly blown away by how many toothpaste flavor options they had, and even more so by how kind, respectful, and professional the entire staff was. No offense to any other hygienists out there, but Jenna is amazing. Even when it came time for the dreaded numbing shot… it felt like less of a prick than your ex-boyfriend and she made sure I was 100% comfortable. During the actual drilling, the whole team was incredible — between Christie and Nikole checking in with me, and Dr. Woll keeping things light by suggesting Post Malone might actually improve my golf game, the entire process was seamless. Lastly checking out was a breeze thanks to Thalia. I didn’t meet the manager, but Daniella, if you’re the one hiring — hats off to you, because you’ve built an incredible team. Cons The only downside? Parking can be a little tough… and honestly, I almost wish I had more cavities just so I could come back more often!

I had my first visit at this office and I’m genuinely so impressed. I was on a serious time crunch, and the entire team was incredibly understanding and accommodating without ever making me feel rushed or stressed. They went above and beyond to help me navigate my insurance and made the whole process so easy. The dentist and staff were kind, professional, and made me feel really comfortable. I honestly love this place already and will be referring everyone I know here!

I have had nothing but positive experiences at Loren. Jenna is awesome and the rest of the staff is super polite, thorough, and incredibly efficient. I’m always in and out in no time with clean teeth and good advice for maintaining a healthy smile.

But from the moment I walked into Loren Dentistry, I felt completely at ease. The staff are so kind, open, and non-judgmental. No lectures, no shaming, no talking down to you — just genuine care and understanding. The atmosphere feels more like a spa than a dental office its calm, clean, modern, and welcoming. Their equipment is state-of-the-art, and I loved that they showed me clear pictures of my own teeth while explaining what they were seeing and recommending. Everything was explained in plain language, so I actually understood what was going on without feeling overwhelmed.
