Phenomenal new patient experience at Loren Dentistry! The front office staff is prompt and organized, while Office Manager Danielle and Care Coordinator Jessica made the check in and insurance process seamless. Hygienist Shiloh and assistant Nikole were exceptionally attentive, and Dr. Sherwani is brilliant and caring. It was a great atmosphere with one of the best cleanings ever—my teeth look and feel amazing. Highly recommend this friendly, professional team!

Great experience overall. Staff is welcoming, friendly, helpful, and explains everything in great detail. Top notch! Oh, and you get to pick your own genre of music for your room🙂‍↕️…bonus points for comfortability!

I have a cross roads moment and it is fortunately being partnered with LoRen Dental (and Wells). Dr Wilson and all of the terrific supporting staff I have encountered, (desk/insurance/hygiene/periodontal/) have far exceeded my expectations by assuring me I have made the best decision to trust them along a rather complicated journey. I am going to need extensive work in my golden years sprint (I’m not jogging into this - I am fully embracing this stage of life) and have been fortunate to have a technology background. I have been amazed by the LoRen blend of technology and old fashioned genuineness and I have confidence in this I team to succeed for me.

I can confidently say this is what all of healthcare should aspire to be. The first thing that stood out to me was the genuine humanity. Everyone was warm and approachable—not overly rehearsed or excessively cheerful, just authentic people treating patients like people. That kind of natural interaction is surprisingly rare. What impressed me even more was the transparency. While the doctor was literally examining my teeth, she was simultaneously asking the dental assistant to verify exactly what my insurance would cover before discussing any treatment. I work in healthcare myself, and I can honestly say I’ve never seen that level of transparency, honesty, and consideration for a patient’s financial situation—either as a provider or as a patient. This team is exceptional. I’m leaving this review because I genuinely hope they know they’re setting the standard and absolutely crushing it.

I’ve been to a lot of dentists over the years, and Loren Dental truly stands out. The level of detail during my cleaning was incredible. They didn’t just tell me what they were seeing—they showed me with clear images and walked me through everything in a way that was easy to understand. That transparency and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence in the care I received. Professional, thorough, and genuinely patient-focused. Highly recommend.
