Extremely unprofessional and incompetent. Avoid this place for your best interest. My bad experience started with first trying to schedule an appointment and then attending the appointment. Drove 30 minutes to my confirmed appointment (confirmed twice just in case with "Shane"), only to have the receptionist tell me there is no appointment. Only after leaving and driving back they inform, they can see me now. Wasted valuable time for no benefit. If during the honeymoon stage (before they get your money) they act this unprofessional, I wonder what they will do after they get their money from you. The location of this practice leaves a lot for improvement. TLDR: Incompetent practice. Confirmed appointment, drove there, told me no appointment.

Just average. I went in for a recent visit and the front office staff surprised me by informing me about the office visit fee. They failed to inform me about the exact fee when I booked the appointment, in the week leading up to the appointment, and they failed to call me even the day of the appointment about the charge. They explained that they decided "the morning of my appointment" to charge me differently. I expect better communication from any service provider. After driving 20 minutes to see them and back home, I didn't feel bad about wasting their time and their appointment slot either. I appreciated their apology and they were courteous at the time. I was still outraged. Oh, and the doctor is great. Shame, I won't be returning, for something easily prevented.

Such an amazing experience with Dr. Foster. Thanks to her expertise, I now have the smile of my dreams. Kristie and Chloe have always been so accommodating along with the other office family. They even helped accommodate my needs after I moved to Dallas, TX by working around my schedule when possible. Thank you so much for everything. I am forever grateful.
