My time at the clinic was absolutely top-notch! Christina was like a warm hug, super friendly and supportive. She shared some seriously helpful info that made my decision-making a breeze. This place is as inviting as a cozy blanket on a chilly day. I can't recommend it enough! And guess what? They even send you off with candy as a sweet little parting gift. Thanks a bunch!

They always take good care of my kid. And they made her feel special today because today is her birthday and they had a card and a candy bar for her when we went today! Thank you so much for making her feel special!

My daughter recently started phase 1 of treatment. The assistant, I believe her name was Mya, was SUPER helpful and patient with explaining everything to me. Everyone I've met has been great; the front desk receptionist/scheduling coordinators are always very kind. Dr. B is great 😊...shes always willing to call you back when there's a question or concern. Overall a great office, we usually have our appts at the Durham location but went to the Chapel Hill location once and had the same excellent experience.

I love bringing my children to My Orthodontist. The staff are always so nice and very professional. Their dentist is very professional and talks you through everything step by step. I’m always comfortable and at ease knowing that my children are in good hands when they come for their appointments.

My son broke 9 brackets by his last appointment and 1 bracket today but because of his wisdom teeth having to be removed appointments were spaced out. Today I was told at his next appointment his braces would be removed which I think is unfair because if they break it’s simple to fix them so why hold that against a patient? Especially being that they get paid regardless from Medicaid. I’m unsure if it’s because of his age but this seems unfair to me. I am highly disappointed at the care and attention they paid to him as a whole. They were ready to discharge him as a patient and I am upset because now he has no other choice but to wait until we can afford the treatment out of pocket. In addition they recommended a retainer which Medicaid does not cover at an out of pocket cost of $320 which I do not have at the moment. I’m just lost right now honestly.
