The front desk/ customer service is absolutely horrific!! Depending on who you talk to, you will get different information and then act like it’s your fault. I scheduled an appointment to get my braces taken off and bonded retainer put in a month ago. The front desk told me to call the week before to make payment for the appointment, which I did. But I go there, the same staff tell me that I did not actually have an appointment and will need to be fit in between patients and they weren’t sure how long the wait would be. I explained I made appointment and had taken off work based off my appointments so it’s an inconvenience to be there idling and would have to reschedule. They eventually fit me in, but it’s such a poor experience given they had multiple opportunities to communicate before my appointment. If the policy is I can’t book until payment is made, fine! But I should have been made aware when appointments was booked. When I called to make the payment they had the opportunity to tell me I didn’t actually have an appointment, when I went in on 2/20 they had another opportunity to tell me there wasn’t an appointment and I needed either reschedule or tell me the appointment wait time would be long so I can adjust my schedule accordingly. The actual orthodontist is great, but the front desk staff act like their doing you a favor when I’m paying for a service. Instead of apologizing for dropping the ball with communication, their busy trying to shift blame when I clearly got email confirmation of both appointments.

I took time off work to attend my sons appointment and arrived 5 minutes late. Despite this, I was refused service. The front desk staff stated there is a late policy, but when I asked multiple times to see it, they were unable to provide one. What’s especially frustrating is that this office regularly has wait times of 30 minutes or more, yet showed zero flexibility for a patient who was only minutes late. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this office if you value clear policies or respect for your time.

God bless the women that assisted in helping my child. They were knowledgeable, kind, and bedside manner was amazing. When I finally got to meet the main doctor she was brief and to the point not mean but not people friendly either. Im only giving 5 Stars based off the help we recieved before she walked in. The tech knew so much I thought she was the ORTHODONTIST!!! LOL!!!

Ana at the front desk was not nice. I’ve worked in customer service for over ten years, and she is very unprofessional. I don’t even leave reviews but I felt compelled to write about my bad experience with her. The front desk should be about providing a warm, inviting experience meanwhile she was immediately rude and snappy. Also noticed Dana checks her watch messages while her hands had tools in another child’s mouth, it just put me off.

Janet was patient and made my son feel so comfortable. She explained everything before hand do we could understand and she also has a great personality. Thank you all for taking such great care of us.
