My Orthodontist has been amazing with my twins. Everybody in the office is super sweet. The office is always clean, and welcoming. We have come so much that we consider them family. The hygienist are always so nice, and happy. My girls love them all. They come out and tell you the whole process of what they have done to your child during the appointment, and they even let you know what’s going on at the next appointment. I would highly recommend them to other people. I have thought about making a switch to here myself. That’s how good they are. We love coming here!

My Orthodontist Chapel Hill has been great with the 3 visits we've had. The office staff is very friendly and helpful in person and on the phone. They are patient with questions and take the time to make sure they're fully answered. The first visit was a very thorough exam and the doctor took her time explaining the treatment plan and answering questions. The office also took on the task of contacting our insurance and getting the treatment approved. Once they received approval they contacted us and got us in quickly for the placement of braces. After the braces, they patiently explained how to care for them and ease any pain and discomfort while encouraging us to call with any questions, concerns, or needs. They held true to this promise when I called yesterday about an issue with the braces and they got us in the very next morning. They called us back on time and corrected the problem in less than 10 minutes. We've really enjoyed our experiences there and would recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

My ortho is very efficient and they know what they are doing. Technicians are very nice and Drs are great. The only complaint would be that I never know what is next with my aligners. When I come in I don’t know if I’m going to just pick up my next aligners or have attachments put on. More communication about my treatment would be nice but otherwise it’s been a positive experience

Dr. Chen, Melissa and their entire time were so skilled! I walked in, got brackets on with zero pain (for now haha). They handled my teeth with careful consideration and precise control. Absolutely recommend this team!

My daughter completed her orthodontic treatment and had her braces removed today. Unfortunately, our overall experience has been disappointing. We were asked to sign the consent form immediately after her braces were removed, without being given any opportunity to speak with the orthodontist during the whole process. The front desk staff were VERY impatient and dismissive when we requested to speak with the doctor before signing the consent form. A few months ago, we noticed that her two front teeth were not aligned properly. When we mentioned this concern, a nurse told us it was due to the rubber bands and would improve later. However, after several months, the issue remained, and we eventually had one brief opportunity — the only one during the entire two-year treatment — to speak directly with the orthodontist, who told us that the misalignment was caused by her bone structure and could not be corrected. These conflicting explanations left us confused and disappointed. As parents, we felt that communication throughout the process was very limited. Despite paying for the full orthodontic service, we rarely had the chance to discuss progress or concerns directly with the orthodontist. We hope the clinic can improve communication with patients and their families in the future and provide more transparency and respect during treatment and follow-up.
