Jones Orthodontics

I wanted to share what a positive experience we have had with Jones Orthodontics over the years. They treat us (and everyone else) like family. I’m also very happy with the quality of work for my daughter. And they are understanding and sensitive about nerves and dental work. All in all I recommend them highly and will continue to be a client for years to come.

Today was exceptionally satisfactory as I was welcomed by Mrs. Allison, who displayed remarkable professionalism. As I walked in, she promptly attended to me and efficiently resolved my issue. The Dental assistant Brittany, who assisted with my procedure, was highly skilled and created a welcoming atmosphere. Our conversation flowed effortlessly, as if we were already acquainted. If you are in need of orthodontic services, I highly recommend visiting this office for their warm welcome, friendly staff, and additional perks. 😬

I am shocked the retainers have no warranty (it cracked despite good care). My daughter’s top retainer developed a small crack last month, and the office said we need to pay $300 for a new one (700 if it was both) even though it has been only around 10 months since she got them. Aside from that, her treatment went well and we had no issues aside from the retainer issue. Dr. Jone and his staff were always sweet and cordial too.
