We had an excellent experience with Dr. Jones for our 14-year-old’s braces treatment. From the very first consultation, he and his team were professional, friendly, and very thorough in explaining the entire process. What really stood out was how accurate and realistic the timeline was from the start. Dr. Jones gave us a clear expectation for treatment duration, and he stayed consistent with it throughout. He regularly kept us updated on progress, and always answered any questions we had, which made the whole journey feel well-managed and reassuring. Our child always felt comfortable at appointments, and the staff made each visit smooth and stress-free. Everything was well-organized, and appointments always ran on time. The treatment was completed in about 18 months, right on schedule—and the results have been fantastic. We truly appreciate the care, communication, and professionalism throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Dr. Jones to anyone looking for reliable and caring orthodontic treatment.

Dr. Jones and his team are truly the best! It is evident that they care about each and every patient. The Dental assistant Brittany, who assisted with my procedure, was highly skilled and created a welcoming atmosphere. Our conversation flowed effortlessly, as if we were already acquainted.
