The staff at both the CH and Durham locations are great—friendly, patient, understanding, genuine, and knowledgeable. The process itself, from the moment of referral through the months or years of observations and eventual braces, is made nearly effortless. Of all the things I must manage for my family, the process of orthodontics has been, hands down, the easiest. I so very much appreciate their efficiency, friendliness, and support. My children received orthodontic treatment from Dr. Heymann in Chapel Hill, and we could not be happier with our experience. We found the office to be very friendly and efficient, and Dr. Heymann and his staff were extremely thorough and attentive. I was always able to get questions answered quickly, and the office even coordinated with the kids' dental office so that wires could be removed before routine cleanings. The office even stayed open late one day to accommodate removing and replacing wires for dental cleanings so that we would not have to make a separate visit. Dr. Heymann coordinated very well with the kids' oral-maxillofacial surgeon during their orthodontic treatment. Very happy w/ our experience.
