First visit today after being away from the dentist for a while, and I’m so glad I chose this office! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the office uses top-notch technology. My cleaning was thorough, managing to be both gentle yet firm. They’ve already put together a great game plan for my future care. Excellent experience all around.

I switched to CarolinasDentist after a recommendation from family and years of going to a dentist office in Asheville that I couldn’t stand. My hygienist was knowledgeable, patient, and kind and instilled a lot of confidence in me as a new patient. The doctor was just as kind and informative. I need a couple procedures done that I can’t afford right now and the lovely lady at check out didn’t make me feel pressured at all. She even gave me some pointers for contacting insurance and seeing about getting a better price on my procedures. Highly recommend!

I am so happy with my experience at Carolinas Dentist Asheville. The emergency appt was easy to book. The staff is friendly and the office is really clean and full of amenities to make you comfy. Dr. Dekow got me in and out fast with a much less invasive and virtually painless solution than I was prepared for. I’ll be back in a couple weeks for a deep clean and I’m actually looking forward to it. Imagine looking forward to a dental visit. Wild stuff, but I’m grateful it’s the case.

I appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable staff team and their great work. Nolan is an excellent hygienist. He is attentive to details and really cares about helping people keep their teeth healthy. Dr. Johnson has been my dentist here and she’s great. She takes time to listen and check on things, being aware of my past dental history. I will also say that Dr. Velez and his team are great. They did excellent work with a procedure that needed to be done soon due to an unexpected broken tooth. I appreciate everyone here at CarolinasDentist for helping me out when those unexpected things happen!

Best dental office I've ever been to!!! Everyone from the front desk, the hygienist, the assistants, to the dentist is so pleasant and take care to make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. I don't know if there is anyone that hates needles in the mouth more than I do. Whenever I've been stuck with a needle here I can barely tell it even happened. Excellent work!!! Would recommend 10/10!
