It’s a gift of Grace to receive great health care. CarolinasDentist certainly gives that and more. Always professional, always smiling. They certainly take care of me. I try to uphold my end by doing what they suggest for healthy daily teeth maintenance. Very nice, modern, and clean office. Great selection of appointment times.

I had such a wonderful experience at Carolinas Dentist Office! From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and completely comfortable. Dr. Dekow and his assistant, Tennisha Alston, truly went above and beyond to make my visit a positive one. Tennisha’s kindness and friendly personality immediately put me at ease, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. The atmosphere in the office feels warm, inviting, and almost like family — something you don’t often find. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing consistent, high-quality care really stand out. I’m so grateful for the experience

Everything about my experience was 10/10!! Lauren’s welcoming warmth and kindness was an added bonus to how thorough and skilled she is!! Everything about my appt felt very patient-first, inclusive, thorough, and comfortable. Kay and Alex at the front desk were SO incredibly kind, as well!! I loved it so much that after my appointment, I went to work and shared my experience with some coworkers + called back and asked for more info on their insurance/payment plans and Kay was kind enough to talk to my friends/coworkers on speakerphone for me, to better explain the info! They are all interested and will be calling to become patients, too! If you’re looking for a dentist, this is the place!!!

Jan 12, 2026 I had an amazing experience at Carolinas Dentist Office! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Dekow and his assistant, Tennisha Alston, made my visit truly special. Tennisha's warmth and kindness were remarkable; it felt like we were old friends catching up. Knowing I often struggle with dental anxiety, Tennisha went above and beyond to help me relax. She handed me a remote control to watch my favorite show on Netflix and even wrapped me in a warm, fuzzy blanket. Honestly, it felt like I was at a spa rather than a dental office! Before I knew it, my appointment was over, and I couldn't believe how smoothly everything went. The atmosphere in this office is unlike any other I’ve experienced—so warm and familiar. Always a great experience.. the girls in the office are always great especially my dental hygienist Lauren Cole absolutely love her dearly. My dentist Dr. Laura Johnson is always great too knows her stuff. Also seen Dr. Sean Dekow when my Dr was out great also….. couldn’t ask for a better dental team.
