I had real bad dental anxiety before coming to my appointment…however it faded away once I came in to my dental appointment. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. And I love how they truly care for your dental and oral health and make sure to provide you with the best treatment and treatment plans to best suit your needs and outcomes. I love how affordable dental care is and how they are willing to set out payment options to best fit your budget will serving excellence care! I’m so glad me and my family have found a new home with this dentist office!

I started coming to this office about a year ago, and the staff is always nice, prompt, and very efficient. I previously had a couple bad experiences at other dentist offices and was a little nervous at my first appointment here, but I was very quickly reassured by the staff that I would be well taken care of and treated with respect and kindness. Ali is a great hygienist and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly and knowledgeable professional to handle my dental needs. I would give more than 5 stars if it were an option!

I had such a wonderful experience at this office! Every staff member was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was beautiful. Menely, the Dental Assistant, was very professional and kind. Ali, my Dental Hygienist, provided the most thorough and pain free cleaning I’ve ever had. She explained what she was doing and treated me with utmost kindness and care. I was relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Dr. Pilon was also very kind, respectful, and he explained my treatment plan with 3 D images so it was all very visible and clear with regards to what I needed. The technology was amazing! I am so thankful for this wonderful group of professionals! I highly recommend them.

I had an amazing experience today. I was able to schedule an appointment online easily and was seen fairly quickly. Excellent customer service, as well. Dr. Sheppard is a fantastic dentist, and Menely is a wonderful dental assistant. They made a painful dental appointment effortlessly painless. Overall, this practice was absolutely awesome, and I will be returning and bringing my family here moving forward! Also, I found them to be very affordable.

Beyond my expectations. I called in for an emergency exam for extreme tooth pain. Not only did they give me the exam but they were also able to provide treatment (a root canal) that day! I was in at 7am and out by 10:30 and my pain is completely gone! With only slight residual pain they helped treat with Tylenol. And all at a great/reasonable price. I expected to pay twice what I did. Additionally, I have pretty bad dental anxiety, but the staff were incredible, showing me endless care and consideration. They walked me through every step and kept me incredibly informed. They were incredibly attentive, noticing things like my chapped lips, signs of discomfort, and need for breaks. The facilities are clean, and well managed. The amenities such as headphones and free selection of shows and movies were immensely beneficial in distracting me during the actual procedures. The procedure itself was uncomfortable, as any root canal will be, but they were efficient and the worst of it was completed in 45 minutes. The best dental experience I’ve ever had.
