My experience at Carolinas Dentists was exceptional! This was my first appointment with them. The oral healthcare that Dr. Polin, Kirsten and Ali provided was very professional and personable. The level of care was excellent. They helped me to relax throughout the entire appointment. And for someone who experiences a high level of dental anxiety that's saying alot. Ali, the hygienist, was the best. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the cleaning process. She was very gentle and thorough. A big thank you to the entire team!

Went in as a new patient at this practice today and it was a wonderful experience (coming from someone who doesn’t enjoy going to the dentist). Ali was an amazing hygienist and walked me through everything she was doing. She was kind and provided a calming presence. Dr. Olivia was incredibly nice! Both were efficient and thorough. Thank you to everyone at Carolinas Dentist! The hygienist was efficient yet knowledgeable; thank you Shelby! Dr. Sheppard was kind, informative and very helpful! I called for the appointment yesterday and was able to be seen today! It was honestly a wonderful experience! Also, the hygienist assistant was reassuring and made the X-rays so easy as she was extremely competent!

I have always had a phobia of dental work. But I have had an amazing experience the last two times I have been and I greatly look forward to continuing to be a patient. Everyone I come into contact with was absolutely amazing very kind and explained everything to help ease my anxiety. Melanie was very gentle, kind and knowledgeable. Imani Was also fantastic helping me get Set up with Invisalign.

A few weeks ago I chipped my tooth and this office was able to squeeze me in same day! After that great experience, I chose to schedule a new patient appointment. Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable and communicative of insurance benefits, and very informative dentists. Not to mention the office is very clean and modern! 10/10 recommend this dentist office :)
