I can't say enough good things about my dentist and the entire team. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Deanna and Yessica are the first faces you see when you walk in, they both are very friendly and make you feel at ease when checking in. The staff is professional, caring, and always willing to answer questions. My dentist (Dr.Cannon) is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and takes the time to explain every procedure and treatment option clearly. Debbie was assigned to my dental care at my appointment and she was very nice, explained everything to me, and brought me a sense of peace when I was very nervous. They genuinely care about their patients' comfort and oral health, which makes every visit a positive experience. Even procedures that would normally cause anxiety are handled with patience and skill. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, and appointments always run on time. It's clear that patient care is their top priority. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and highly skilled dentist. Five stars all the way!

Had an extremely positive experience with this place. I had dental procedures done in my home country when I was little where they didn’t use any numbing, so I was extremely nervous about dental treatments and refused to see a dentist for years. I discussed my situation, and I received the most comfortable and painless dental procedures I have ever had. Now, I am no longer anxious about dental procedures. The staff and the doctor were nice, welcoming and totally understood my situation.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after my visit to Reynolda Smiles, I had to share this. I went in for a full mouth debridement, and honestly, I was a little nervous going in. From the moment I walked through the door, the entire team made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. Not in that “scripted” way you sometimes get—but real, attentive, human care. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly, step by step, without rushing me or brushing off my questions. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The procedure itself was handled with so much professionalism and precision, and they constantly checked in to make sure I was okay. That level of attention makes a huge difference, especially for something as intense as a full debridement. What really stood out to me was how they balance high-level skill with patient comfort. From the setup to the little details—everything felt clean, organized, and well thought out. You can tell they’re not just trying to “get you in and out”—they actually care about your experience and your long-term dental health. If you’re someone who gets anxious about dental visits, this is the place you want to go. They’ve created an environment where you feel at ease the entire time. Hands down one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend.

I was a patient here for a long time. Although I did not like their billing procedures I kept going bc I like my dentist. However when I referred my husband to go there he had the worst experience at a dentist ever. The hygienist was flirty and booped him on the nose. Sounds immature, but yeah that actually happened. She was more interested in his personal life than anything. But when they finally came in to do a filling they injected something for numbing that couldn't possible be normal novocaine. He has been to the dentist his whole life and never before did the numbing shot cause a huge ulcer in his mouth. He went to the dentist he had been seeing before I referred him here and they told him that was def not novocaine and he had a really bad reaction. He went back to this office to talk to them about it and they brushed him off like no big deal. Didn't care, didn't apologize, didn't try to explain. Basically gaslit him into thinking it was his fault. He will not be going back there and neither will I. I'm not about to send my husband to a practice where the "professionals" cannot keep it in their pants and where the "dentist" injects strange things into his face.

I had an amazing experience as a new patient! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming—the front desk and everyone in the back will greet you! They even gave me a tour and offered me water and a blanket. Dr. Speer was great; he is very detail-oriented and explained my treatment plan thoroughly, which really put me at ease. He did a crown on me and I felt no pain. My tooth looks amazing! I highly recommend Dr Speer! His assistants were also very friendly and attentive, checking on me frequently to ensure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this professional and caring team.
