Dr. Sadler didn't like the way a crown on a tooth looked and he repaired it FREE OF CHARGE. I love his level of honesty and professionalism. He has a loyal customer for life!!!! There are not many GOOD dentists like him still practicing in my area.

I give them six stars customer service. Excellent care. Excellent follow-up. Excellent. Some of you other practices you could just learn,. For an example, I went in to have an extraction done this morning One of the young ladies in the office said she needed to take my blood pressure. My blood pressure was out of this world. I didn't get the procedure done. After leaving there. I went straight to the doctor's office. Almost ended up in the hospital. Thank you!

The dentist is not the favorite place for most individuals to visit. However, my visit to Dr. Sadler office today was thorough with little to no discomfort. No need to avoid a teeth cleaning there 😃.

My mother recently had several extractions, and I wanted to share our appreciation for the care she received. She spoke very highly of both Dr. Aubrey and the hygienist/tech, noting how patient, kind, considerate, and compassionate they were throughout the procedure. She never felt rushed — she felt cared for and heard, which made a difficult experience much easier for her. As her caregiver, the only suggestion I would offer is to update the aftercare instructions to include guidance for patients who leave with their partial immediately after extractions. Having that information up front would help us feel even more prepared once we’re home. Thank you again for the excellent care.
