My mother recently had several extractions, and I wanted to share our appreciation for the care she received. She spoke very highly of both Dr. Aubrey and the hygienist/tech, noting how patient, kind, considerate, and compassionate they were throughout the procedure. She never felt rushed — she felt cared for and heard, which made a difficult experience much easier for her. As her caregiver, the only suggestion I would offer is to update the aftercare instructions to include guidance for patients who leave with their partial immediately after extractions. Having that information up front would help us feel even more prepared once we’re home. Thank you again for the excellent care.

Doctor Sadler and his assistants were awesome at making you feel at ease and confident in their knowledge of the job that they do. They were all very friendly and that goes a long way for me. I went to Doctor Sadler years ago and it didn't feel like it had been any time at all. I don't have to go very often, since I have dentures; so he was my last dentist, but the whole office seemed friendly than the last time I went 😊

Great experience. Dr. Sadler is a top notch dentist of high caliber who employs a very professional staff in all directions. The facility is extremely clean and organized and run in the highest order. I cannot say more about how welcoming the front desk is and they are extremely helpful in all areas. From first blood pressure by the technician to the awesome dental assistant to the doctors, this is one of the best dental offices in thr area of Winston Salem. I would recommend Dr. Sadler to all new and old patients

It didn't take long before I was called to go to my cleaning. My hygienist was thorough and professional during my cleaning. She asked me questions, intently listened to my answers and gave great suggestions on my oral health. Likewise, Dr. Sadler came quickly to examine me and also had suggestions. It was a great visit. I was done in about 45 minutes.
