I feel so blessed to be a new patient at Twin Oaks Dentistry! I was given an immediate appointment on an emergency basis. The staff is so kind and thorough. Thank you so very much! The moment that I entered Twin Oaks office, I knew that it was going to be special. The waiting room is very open and inviting! You do not feel closed in or claustrophobic like in some offices. They have awesome windows to look out of in the waiting room and in the exam rooms. I loved that! Televisions also in both. They have absolutely dotted the i’s and crossed the t’s for comfort and convenience. Dr Joyce was “in the room” and totally engaged in my situation as we discussed my case. Nothing else was on his mind and he gave me time to share my thoughts. I felt heard! I am returning next week for a procedure, and believe it or not, I’m looking forward to the visit! I recently moved to Winston Salem from southeastern Pennsylvania. When I went to my initial cleaning at Twin Oaks everyone there made me feel right at home and at ease. It was noted at the visit that I needed crowns on two of my teeth. I scheduled to have the crowns done in October, but then one of my teeth cracked and it became an emergency. The team at Twin Oaks Dentistry were able to get me in the next day! It was an amazing experience - Dr. Joyce took care of both crowns the same day and they are able to make the crowns right in their office so no need to come back at a later date, which is awesome! I highly recommend Twin Oaks Dentistry. Their office is beautiful and state-of-the-art while also providing a calming environment. I wanted to give a special shout out to Sommer, Haley and Madison - thank you ladies for your kind and caring professionalism.

What is there not to love about this practice? I have severe dental anxiety, and this is the only practice I’ve ever been to — and believe me, I’ve tried many — that makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk through the door. Jennifer at the front desk is always so kind and welcoming. Haley is such a pleasure and truly takes the time to listen before you see the doctor, while also helping you understand your treatment plan afterward. Dr. Joyce is professional, compassionate, and immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Baust is phenomenal — he takes the time to sit with you, answer every question thoroughly, never makes you feel rushed, and ensures you fully understand everything. He is incredibly comforting while also being exceptional at what he does. And don’t even get me started on the fear of deep cleanings — but Morgan was absolutely amazing! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and was such a delight. When it comes to billing, the estimates they’ve provided after insurance have always been spot on, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. From start to finish, this practice runs so smoothly that you leave wondering why you ever had dental anxiety to begin with. I highly recommend them and truly wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I am beyond grateful for the care I received at Twin Oaks Dentistry. I had a dental emergency and was amazed that they were able to get me in so quickly instead of making me wait weeks for an appointment. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, compassionate, and stress-free. Dr. Baust did an incredible job replacing my filling and placing a crown over my tooth. The results are absolutely amazing! My tooth looks natural, feels great, and you would never know I had dental work done. She was kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Her warm personality and reassuring presence helped calm my nerves and made the visit so much easier. I very rarely do reviews but after my first visit to Twin Oaks, I felt compelled to share my experience. From the inception ….making the appointment to the end of my visit, everyone was exceptionally courteous and friendly. Laykin was very thorough with the examination while explaining what she was doing and the necessary steps needed. The same can be said for Dr Chase Joyce.
