If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. As a red head we go through medicines very quickly, and I disclose that to them before every single appointment. I was getting a filling once, and the nerves from my tooth were exposed. I told them multiple times that it hurt extremely bad, and I was in tears from pain. They refused to numb me again, even though I was crying loud enough for other patients to hear! Afterwards I got told that I should have “sucked it up” and that it “isn’t that painful.” I truly would never recommend this place for ANYBODY.

Blair cleans my teeth better than any other hygienist ever. She always does a wonderful job and has the best smile, personality, and professionalism. Shes dedicated to her job and always provides the best care possible.

Had a nice first experience at Arden Family Dentistry. The receptionist was nice made sure I filled out my paperwork. Waited about 10 minutes then was called back. Then I meet Blair oh excuse me, Ms. Blair. She was nice had a good conversation about my teeth, took some X-rays and the cleaning experience began. I could tell it wasn’t her first experience with teeth because she made sure I was ok every step of the way. Even at times after rinsing my mouth/teeth water would get on my face and she made sure to pat me dry. After she got done, the head dentist of 20+ years came in and checked over everything. I broke a front tooth on the Saturday the 4th. I called Monday as a new patient and they got me in by 10:00 the next morning. Based on their recommendation I opted to fix all four of my front top teeth as they were thinning and causing some problem with my bottom teeth. They did all the work that day. Great experience for one who hates to go to the dentist. Dr Peterson and Sabrina did a great professional job. I looked at my temporary crowns and I must say my teeth have never looked so good. I might be able to smile in public.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Arden Family Dentistry, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The receptionist was out that day, and I was first greeted and assisted by the office manager. She was incredibly professional, but what stood out even more was her warmth and kindness. She went above and beyond to work with my insurance and did everything possible to make sure I could get everything I needed done in one visit. She was patient, helpful, and truly made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her friendliness and willingness to help made a lasting impression on me. Then I met Dr. Peterson — and I have to say, what dentist takes the time to sit down and actually have a conversation with you? She did! The entire atmosphere she created was so friendly and comforting. Even though I was a little nervous and my heart was racing because I needed my mouth numbed, I honestly didn’t feel stressed once she began working. I even told her myself that she was awesome! Her technique, her calmness, and the way she explained everything made me feel completely at ease. Having a dentist like Dr. Peterson is such a blessing. She is skilled, gentle, attentive, and truly excellent at what she does. And then there was BLAIR, the hygienist — absolutely amazing! She did my deep cleaning and did it the right way, thoroughly and professionally. Even though the cleaning was deep, she was so gentle and careful. It was clear that she knew exactly what she was doing. Her years of experience truly showed in her work. On top of that, she was so friendly and easy to talk to. The conversation we had helped me relax and feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She has such a warm personality and a high level of professionalism, and she made a big difference in my experience. Overall, the entire team at Arden Family Dentistry is outstanding. The atmosphere is welcoming, the care is excellent, and the people are genuinely kind and professional. I highly recommend Arden Family Dentistry — PLEASE go see them! They are truly the dentist you need to go to. You will be well taken care of from beginning to end.
