Dr. Holland was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive—taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. Chelsea, Alizza and Ana were just as impressive: professional, kind, and clearly passionate about what they do. Everyone worked together seamlessly, creating an environment that felt both welcoming and highly competent. It’s rare to find a place where the whole team delivers such exceptional service, but they truly exceeded every expectation. Diamond Braces is amazing! They have the best dental techs, orthodontists and administrative staff. They make everything a breeze. I never wait for long, they are communicative, billing is simple too - they made it very affordable for me and could use my insurance. Shoutout to Mary who worked wonders to get my attachments on, Alizea who made me laugh and walked me through my options and to Dr. Holland for her warmth and compassion

They would be receiving a poor rating based on a recent billing experience, but they worked with me and made sure I still was able to have my treatment the same day, and Alizza provided outstanding customer service in helping me deal with this issue and maintaining her patience throughout the entire process.
