Had a great experience. The facility is clean and the employees are super nice. Felt very welcome. The Dr was very detailed and took his time explaining everything to me and answering every question. I will definitely recommend this location.

Both my son and I had braces. My insurance changed. I gave them the updated insurance. A year and a half later they never updated the insurance and continue to charge me even though I have called and spoken to them in person with absolutely no resolve. They have extremely high turnover, no one knows anything. My original package included professional teeth whitening which was a great deal I thought. After my invisilign was removed, I asked for my appt for professional teeth whitening and they said they don't offer the service any longer. Instead they offered me some over the counter strips to take home. It is a disaster!!! Not a reputable company

Hi, Staff is great especially Maria from reception area. She is always super helpful. New place is bigger. Only complaint is I would like to have more communication with dentist about where my son is with process.

First time visit: Came in with questions and a brief consultation. Excellent experience from calling in to book an appointment to the finish. Odeth and the rest of front desk was organized and welcoming. The office space is well kept, tidy and very comfortable. If you want to get your teeth fixed up for a better smile, Dr.Zarabi is absolutely the perfect doctor to go to. He was very helpful and informative with the questions and concerns I had. Honest with the patients and has the patient's best interests at heart. Thank you!

Everyone at StraightSet is super nice, and I genuinely look forward to my once a month check up. If you’re a grown up like me who needs to straighten your teeth, I highly recommend them. I’m also a NYC public school worker, and unlike a lot of orthodontists, StaightSet accepts my insurance.
