The staff takes the time to get to know you as a person instead of rushing you in and out, which makes every appointment feel comfortable and personal. A special thank you to Geraliz, she is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always makes scheduling and check-in a smooth experience. Her positive attitude sets the tone the moment you walk through the door. What really stands out is how reasonable they are compared to many other orthopedic practices in NYC. You receive outstanding care without feeling like you’re being overcharged or pressured. Dr Berk took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and make sure I was comfortable with what we were gonna do to my smile. Thanks to their expertise, I finally got the work done I’ve been needing for a while and my smile is on its way to looking great!! The level of professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail is unmatched. I’ve had such a great experience that I’ve already been recommending this office to everyone I know. Dr. Berk is absolutely incredible at his job! He takes time and diligence to ensure the best possible work is done on your teeth. Many doctors rush you through just so they could see more patients, Dr Berk is the opposite. He is attentive, diligent, careful, and meticulous. My retainer had fallen off for the first time in 11 years. He polished the surface of my teeth and installed a new retainer that feels great in my mouth. 10/10 service.

I worked with Dr. Berk to replace my broken retainer and I felt that the pricing was transparent and reasonable and I got the retainers fast. I also appreciated his consultation and advice about which retainer to pick and how to take care of them during my follow up to pick them up.
