From the moment I walked in, Amber at reception was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful—she made the whole process feel smooth, from taking images to walking me through the pricing. Dr. Lin was gentle, patient, and thorough in explaining my options. What really stood out was how practical and honest he was about possible treatment plans beyond simply fixing the wire. That thoughtful approach completely won me over… and before I knew it, I was already handing my credit card over (lol). All jokes aside, I’m excited to start my Invisalign Touch Up journey and grateful to be in such capable hands.

i don’t typically write reviews but this was the best teeth experience in my life. i would give 10 stars if i could! thank you, Dr. Lin, Amber, and Surayea!! my teeth always felt too unique and impossible to fix; i was told by many doctors that i’d have to get my canines removed (!!) and the reaction i got when i told Fellow was so validating—all i needed was an attentive doctor and thorough treatment plan (and no extractions, thankfully!). i was immediately drawn to Fellow’s client-centered care—they’re very compassionate toward their clients. during consult, Dr. Lin asked thoughtful questions centered around me, listened to my concerns, validated a lot of my teeth insecurity, and created a goal so attainable the whole treatment plan felt effortless. Amber helped a lot with billing (thank you so much, amber!!) and made it feel super easy, breezy. every appointment brightened my day and i always loved talking to Surayea! Dr. Lin was always attentive and understanding during my treatment plan, constantly working with me to achieve the best results. he also taught me a lot about my teeth and jaw, facial harmony, and the balance my aligned teeth would, and did, create! i was even referred to an amazing dentist that i now go to for cleanings after a terrible experience with my last. i feel so incredibly satisfied and super happy with my results that i’m constantly showing off my smile; it’s empowering and contagious :) i finally have a smile that expresses my confidence and personality, and i’m so grateful for this experience. thank you, again, Fellow team!!

Dr. Lin is truly best-in-class. His practice is approachable, friendly, patient, accommodating and customized end-to-end. I’m so pleased with my smile and the care he and his team took in making sure the result was the best it could possibly be.
