Honestly, I do not recommend this place at all. The service is very fast; however, you have no privacy during your consultation. And even that would be the least of the problems if they actually did a good job—but they don’t. When I started my treatment, they told me my teeth would be completely aligned. The truth is, I had already had braces before at another place, but I couldn’t finish my treatment due to moving. So I decided to continue at this clinic. I really didn’t have much left for my teeth to be fully aligned, yet in two years they were not able to achieve it. I followed all their instructions and treatment plans, but there were no real results. I believe this is because they constantly rotate doctors. As far as I understand, one doctor should consistently follow your case to ensure proper results. However, there were about three different doctors handling many patients, and sometimes I couldn’t even speak to them because they were so busy. When the time came for them to remove my braces, I expressed my dissatisfaction. They told me that if I wanted to continue treatment, I would have to pay an additional $100 per month. Even after paying that, they still couldn’t fix that one tooth. It’s not even very crooked—it just has a slight elevation that I know could have been corrected perfectly with proper treatment, which other doctors have confirmed to me. So, if you are thinking about getting braces at this place, please reconsider. You might think it’s worth it because it’s cheaper, but in the long run, it’s not. They only give you two years for your teeth to be fixed, and if they’re not aligned by then, they simply stop taking responsibility. They don’t charge you for a complete, successful treatment—they charge you for their services over those two years. At the end of the day, what matters to them is getting paid, not making sure their clients are satisfied. Whether you are happy with your results or not does not seem to matter to them. If I had known this beforehand, I would have chosen a higher-quality place instead.

Great place, very clean, nice respective personnel, that offers the most quality service. However, I gave a 4 star due to the AC, it is hot outside especially today, but the air quality is not cool.please help to fix, so your employee and customers can be comfy. AK
